Boulder CO USA - 30 Dec 2007

RHD at the all-ages show in Boulder the day before New Years Eve. A great show as always - band did not seem to be quite as smiley as some of their other shows.-- I hope that all of their constant touring wiill not burn them out.

Smiles or not, phenomenal musicians, what a freaking rush to see them do their thing. God what raw energy. Encore was "Helter Skelter," not quite the sonic overload as when they did it in the September Boulder show with Willowz and Super 400, but still gave me goosebumps.

Nate Barnes on drum is the unsung hero of this band. He is just unbelievable. Got up close to see him better.

Love love love the new songs "Sneak Out" and "I'm On To You" or whatever they are called. Can't stop thinking about this show even 2 days later. Can';t wait for the new album!

Oh yeh i forgot to mention that Jake went crowd surfing in the mosh pit while playing his bass... could not get far due to the cord though :D

It was cool - has he done this at other shows?
